From gentle stretches to more challenging dynamic physical poses, I try to include something for students at all stages of their yoga practice. We always begin with centreing - to feel we have arrived here, from our busy lives; and tune into our breath. After warming up our muscles we flow through physical yoga sequences and held postures and balances. Classes will draw to a close with a further look at our breath, meditations and relaxation.
Regular practice can improve flexibility and muscle strength, help you focus and sleep better, boost your immune system and make you happier!
